Pitch Report
Every WCL 2026 game has been played at Sharjah, and the ball has flown in the last few days. The last three games saw totals of 204, 218 and 210 batting first, and all three were defended. In the 3:30 PM UAE starts this season, the side batting first has won most of the games.
Spinners have still done a job. Samit Patel took 4/17 earlier in the event, and Imran Tahir has been hard to hit. Pacers who bowl at the stumps, like Parnell and Plunkett, have picked up wickets too. Bat first is the better call. A score around 200 should be a good total.
Weather Report
Hot and sunny in Sharjah, with a day temperature in the mid 30s °C. No rain is expected, so a full 20 over game is likely.
