Bangladesh’s Historic Debut

This deserves real attention. For Season 3, the tournament has expanded to include Bangladesh for the first time, alongside the move from the UK to the UAE. Mahmudullah Riyad, a former Bangladesh captain, headlines the new franchise’s squad, with Mohammad Ashraful, Rubel Hossain and Imrul Kayes among the other recognisable names. This is the first ever match Bangladesh Champions will play in the competition.

Recent Form

Pakistan Champions have won four of their last five. They beat Australia Champions, West Indies Champions and South Africa Champions in recent matches, before losing last season’s final to South Africa Champions, chasing 195 and falling just short at 197/1.

Bangladesh Champions have no prior World Championship of Legends matches to draw recent form from, since this is their debut appearance in the tournament.
